¼ clove garlic, finely grated
½ tsp finely grated ginger
1 tsp light soy sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1 ripe avocado
- Mix garlic, ginger, soy and lemon juice in a small bowl. Dilute with 1–2 tsp water to taste.
- Cut avocado in half, discarding seed. Pour dressing into each seed hole and serve.
