Three packets of ready-made mince pies can be easily assembled into a Christmas tree. Arrange on a board, decorate with a little white icing and coloured jelly beans.
Cherry yoghurt pops
Combine 3 cups yoghurt with 1 cup pitted cherries and divide between 12 x ⅓-cup iceblock moulds. Freeze until firm.
Push meringues onto paddle pop sticks and decorate with melted and cooled chocolate.
Decorate chocolate cookies with chocolate icing and top with crushed candy canes.
For fruitcake ice-cream, soften 1L ice-cream and fold through 1 cup crumbled fruitcake. Freeze again and scoop into cones to serve.
