Fruit smoothies are great in the morning, but if you still want your shot of coffee, this recipe is perfect! Chuck everything in the blender and it's ready!
185 ml (¾ cup) low-fat milk
60 ml shot instant espresso coffee
¼ cup ice cubes
3 tsp oat bran
- Blend 1 banana, 185ml (¾ cup) low-fat milk, 60ml shot espresso coffee, cooled, ¼ cup ice-cubes and 3 tsp oat bran. Pour into a serving glass and enjoy!
