This pretty-coloured juice is full of goodness thanks to fennel, apple, blueberries and lemon juice. It only takes 5 mins to make – perfect for busy schedules.
1 small fennel bulb, trimmed, roughly chopped
1 apple, cored and chopped
85 g frozen blueberries
1 tsp lemon juice
- Put fennel, apple and blueberries through a centrifugal or masticating juicer, following manufacturer’s instructions.
- Stir in lemon juice, pour into a glass and serve.
