Everyone loves a classic mint sauce, but sometimes when you want something with a bit more body and sweetness, this take with added raisins, makes the meal!
large bunch fresh mint (about 80 g), leaves picked and chopped
100 g raisins
4 tbsp cider vinegar
3 tsp soft brown sugar
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor along with 4 tbsp water, and pulse to a chunky salsa texture. Spoon into a bowl and serve alongside the lamb.
