These summer jellies use only 4 ingredients. Our version uses fresh mangoes & mango-flavoured jelly crystals, but you can choose the fuits & flavours you like!
- 85 g packet mango-flavoured jelly crystals
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 mango (400g), peeled, chopped
- Place jelly crystals into a large heatproof jug. Add water. Stir until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Add yoghurt. Whisk until smooth.
- Divide among four serving glasses or plastic containers (¾-cup capacity). Refrigerate for four hours, or overnight until set.
- Serve topped with mango.
Any flavoured yoghurt and fruit combination can be used, such as strawberry or mango yoghurt with peaches or passionfruit.
Jellies can be made up to three days ahead. Keep, covered.
