Using only bananas and frozen berries, this two-ingredient chiller makes a great snack, or fast dessert in summer. Just whip it in the blender, and hey presto!
- 2 ripe bananas
- 200 g mixed frozen berries (see tips)
- Put bananas and berries in the bowl of a food processor and process until a smooth slushy consistency.
- Spoon into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
