- 2 tbsp Sustagen vanilla powder
- 1 small banana
- 170 g tub Chobani 2% fat Greek yogurt
- 185 ml (¾ cup) low-fat milk
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup ice cubes
- Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve.
