To crush ice, try using a food processor, or place ice cubes into a freezer bag, loosely wrap in a tea towel and crush with a rolling pin. Delish!
- 1 white peach
- ¼ cup vodka
- 1 cup guava nectar
- 1 Tbsp raspberry cordial
- 1 ½ cups crushed ice
- 300 ml bottle sparkling mineral water, chilled
- Halve peach and remove stone. Thinly slice peach. Divide between two tumblers.
- Pour vodka, nectar and cordial into a medium jug. Stir to combine.
- Just before serving, place 3⁄4 cup of the crushed ice into each tumbler. Divide vodka mixture over ice. Top with mineral water. Stir to combine.
