When you're after something to pick at but don't want to snack on anything too high in fat, this mix is great. With popcorn, pretzels, dried fruit and crackers.
2 cups ready-popped salted popcorn
100 g packet plain rice crackers, each broken in half
1 cup chopped dried apricots
1 cup salted pretzels
½ cup sultanas
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine. Divide into 6 individual bags or containers. Seal well and store in a cool, dry place. Use within 7 days.
